Part I. Israel bombs a nuclear plant in Iran
Chapter 8 Aerial bombing against Natanz nuclear plant (2)
By chance, one truck was heading for Natanz nuclear plant with cloud of dust on the military road diverged from the main road. The truck was full of groceries such as vegetables, fruits and meat which were procured at the Isfahan market. The driver had left Isfahan early in the morning hearing the voice of prayer at dawn time. The destination was just around the corner. He was very sleepy in the morning sunshine because the road in the wilderness was too straight and there were few cars coming and going. He raised the volume of the CD player to the fullest and held the steering wheel while yelling at the melody.
At
that time, flying objects were seen in the Persian blue sky with brilliant. It
was passing through on the front glass diagonally. He put his hands on the
steering wheel and looked at that direction. Three arrows came straight toward him.
When the three arrows eventually transformed into a giant spear, the driver
noticed that they were three jet fighters. The driver used to see them diving
into air force base on the outskirts of Isfahan. But it was the first time to
see fighter jets diving in such a remote location. He forgot his sleepiness and
stared at a spear breathlessly.
A
white line with thin smoke rose from the first jet fighters. Immediately a
second line of smoke was seen. A small object plunged into a building on the
ground at a tremendous speed. A huge sand smoke rose and a loud sound of explosion
was heard successively. The road was shaken and the truck was almost off the
shoulder. The driver hurriedly grabbed the steering wheel. He stepped on the
brake and stopped hastily. He opened the window to see what was going on. Hot
air and dust struck the driver's face. The driver was stunned to see the
fighter soaring out from the sand smoke.
